How do I sign up now?
Go to the registration page and fill out the registration form. After filling out the registration form, please follow the payment instructions. We accept cash, check or you can pay via credit card securely and online (you do not need a pay pal account to use this pay pal option). Once you have registered; you will receive an auto-reply Welcome Email with all your official Boot Camp information. Make sure to read that email thoroughly as it contains lots of super information to help you have the best boot camp experience. Be sure to click on all the included links too.

What is the Pre Camp Assessment?
The Pre-Camp Assessment includes the following:
1. We will give you an introduction to Boot Camp and answer any questions you may have. We will also review your medical history if you have concerns that may affect your boot camp experience.
2. We will review how you should perform your "at home" before/after measurements so you can see where you are prior to beginning camp. We don't care what the measurements show. It's strictly for a pre and post-camp comparison. These numbers and all other information will be held in the strictest confidence. Please make sure to forward to us a copy of your completed measurement after camp concludes. You must measure if you want to change it. Don't be surprised if you see a 3-8% reduction in your body fat over the four weeks! Again, the numbers don't matter, we just want to be able to measure your improvement.
3. You will learn how to best optimize your boot camp experience by making your best food choices. We will teach you how feed yourself for life long success at our 60-minute Nutrition Seminar.
4.You will receive your Pre Boot Camp gift.
5. You will meet new campers, supporting partners and your coaches!

What do I need to bring to camp?
You will need to bring one set of 5, 8, 10 or 12 lb. hand weights and any type of exercise mat. You will also want to bring water to keep yourself hydrated during camp. Optional items are a towel to dry off with and gloves or mittens in cooler weather. Dress in a layered fashion...even if it is chilly, you will get warm very fast! For indoor camps, feel free to layer, wearing long pants or shorts to workout in, just be comfortable.

What if I sign up for the three day plan and then want to do more days of the camp?
After starting camp, many campers realize how fun and convenient it is so they request to sign up for more days. In addition, they realize that the more days they attend camp the greater the results. In these situations, you will simply be pro-rated from the point you decide to join us for more days.

Will I be sore sometimes?
Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate. It's part of the process that lets you improve!

What kinds of people go to camp?
They are people just like you. Someone who needs a little push to jump -start their fitness and wellness program. Some exercise experience is needed to ensure your safety and a better flow of class. But all camps will offer options for either taking the intensity up or down for any exercise.

Is there a refund policy?
If you are unable to attend camp due to circumstances out of your control, we can offer you a refund if you notify us prior to your session start date however we will charge a $50.00 cancellation fee. If you need to cancel due to a medical issue or injury, no problem; please submit your cancellation request along with your doctor notification. If we are notified after your session begins, we can only give you a credit towards another boot camp. This credit is nontransferable. There is no cash refund. This is not negotiable.

What is a typical day like at camp?
That's difficult to say since each day is intentionally different to alleviate boredom. You can expect some light running/jogging, weight training, obstacle courses, core training, stretching, functional training and jumping rope each week. Pilates-like and yoga-like exercises will also be included for a very well-rounded workout! On special days, you will go hiking or participate in a PAR (Parks and Recreation) Day. It's always an adventure, and you'll always have fun! We teach you a great deal about proper form and "core stability."

How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. "Visual Improvement" can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. But muscle toning and tightening can be felt within a week. It's becoming common to see a camper go down 1-2 dress or pants sizes within the first four-week camp. Remember, everyone is different!

What if it rains?
Boot campers are tough, so we boot camp in the rain. The only time we cancel camp is if there is lightning present. Your coaches will forward to you the first week of camp either the blog link or a text message sign up sheet so you will know where to go to find out (blog or text) if camp is cancelled. If camp is canceled a make up day will be scheduled.

What will I do after camp is over?
Your coaches will remind you to do your re-measurements at home to show your progress and success in the program. We always have a post camp group discussion the day camp ends to answer any questions and to give suggestions on how to proceed if you are not able to attend the next camp session. Many (up to 80%) of the campers return for a second and even third camp. And some make it their regular workout indefinitely.

Any other boot camp stuff I need to know?
We understand that the summer and holidays are a precarious time in our campers schedules, therefore we require a minimum attendance (registration) of ten (10) campers to run a camp. If, for some reason, a certain camp offering does get the minimum registration, we will have other exercise opportunities for you to choose from. For example, we may combine one session with a another or you may join an indoor small group session. ALL options are in an attempt to make sure our product offering to you is the best possible!

So, are you ready to join the adventure? Sign Up Today!
