Milwaukee Adventure Boot Camp (MABC) is an action packed 2, 3 & 4-week women's only and co-ed fitness boot camp with multiple convenient locations in the Milwaukee area. You are guaranteed a safe, effective, and fun workout with each session! No matter what your current level of physical fitness, our certified boot camp instructors will ensure you burn the most fat, tighten muscle and have the most fun possible, without getting injured or bored.
Each camp session is different and the type of exercises varies day to day. You can expect circuit training, strength training, cardio, jump-rope, hiking, obstacle courses, functional training, landscape exercises and much more. No two days are ever the same! But rest assured; you can work at your own pace. Program Details
Our instructors are the most qualified in Milwaukee County. They not only hold nationally accredited personal training certifications and have years of client training experience, but are also boot camp certified – a distinction that only Adventure Boot Camp programs offer. Meet the Instructors
Camps run for 2, 3, and 4 weeks at a time with 3, 4, and 5 days a week options (many choices to suit your fitness needs). They start at 5:30 am; 8:45 am and 6:00 pm: Milwaukee Eastside and North shore, Bay View and Elm Grove
