Outdoor camps run 6 – 7 PM (Monday - Friday)
Indoor Camps to come at the MABC Indoor Facility in October 2009
The camp format is similar to the all women's program with the following exceptions:
1. More exercises using hills/stairs
2. More sports-oriented conditioning
3. More core strengthening exercises for runners & triathletes
4. Exercises to help improve golf, biking, basketball, tennis, skiing and various outdoor sports
Each day will vary in mode and intensity. You should expect callisthenic exercises, agility training, sports drills, flexibility training, and fun exercises that will make the time fly and take your fitness to a higher level. Class sizes will vary but will remain small for personal attention and safety. Each class is exactly one hour in duration.

You will need to bring an exercise mat, water bottle, running shoes, towel and a sense of adventure. You can purchase an exercise mat at any Target or Sporting Goods store. There are several businesses that offer special incentives for our campers. You will be given coupons for participating businesses prior to the start of camp.
The full 4 week-long program cost is only $299 for 5 days, $249 for 4 days or $229 for 3 days per week; that's less than $19.99 per hour of expert instruction.
Ideally, you'll be there EVERY DAY. If not, attend as much as possible. More days = better results!
Men and women of all ages and fitness backgrounds are welcome to join. The program is designed in a way that nobody is held back or left behind. That is done through our special method of programming.
Participants should be free of limiting injuries. A pre-camp evaluation is part of the registration process. It only takes a few minutes and you will be able to ask any additional questions. At this time, you will get your welcome packet and program details.
Attention men and ladies! Adventure Boot Camp is a blast! It is not an environment of extreme competition. This program is not about being better that the person to either side of you. It's about improving yourself and having time to get in great shape - FAST!
